I'm Travis Patterson. I run Patterson Law Group, a personal injury firm in Fort Worth, Texas — and I built Impact Witness because we needed it.
Our case managers, paralegals, and attorneys are as good as they come. But there's only so much anyone can do once a client's memory fades. By the time we sit down to write a demand — or prep for a deposition — the hardest weeks have gone blurry. The 2 a.m. pain, the recital she left early, the morning he couldn't lift his kid into the car seat. Those are the details that move a case, and they're exactly the ones that slip away.
Tell the whole story — leave nothing out
We want to tell the most powerful, truthful story we can about everything an injury has done to a client's life. Not a summary. Not a reconstruction after the fact. The whole thing — in the client's own words, captured the day it happened. We don't want to leave anything out.
There are a lot of great PI lawyers out there talking about the power of telling a client's story. They're right. I built this to empower them to tell the best possible version of it — one that leaves no stone unturned.
Leveling the playing field
Insurance companies are organized, well-funded, and patient. They count on the gaps — the things your client forgot, the bad days nobody wrote down. Impact Witness closes those gaps. It's a tool to help good firms tell true stories completely, and level the playing field against the people on the other side of the table.
